I am a passionate maker
Vill ja sall started from a simple idea: to bring people handwork with genuine skill and a clear origin behind it. The Haapsalu shawl is known around the world and it deserves to be shown at its best.
My journey
My journey began with a love of handwork. I have been a member of the Haapsalu Lace Centre for many years and I am a keen maker. I love knitting, I experiment with dyeing yarn, I work with ceramics and clay, and I potter about in the garden, but my greatest love is the Haapsalu shawl.
My aim is to keep Estonian craft traditions alive by offering the best Italian yarn and one-off handmade pieces that carry our culture and history with them.
Every piece has a story, and every stitch is made with skill and love. Handwork takes time, and that is exactly what makes each piece unique.
Beautiful work that lasts
